Bite Me Beef Jerky is produced & packaged by the family-owned company, LoNiNo, LLC

Principals: Mike & Pam Miller, and his dad, Don Miller
LoNiNo, LLC was officially licensed by the Florida Department of Agriculture in late November 2005;  however, the beef jerky recipe and process have been 16 years in the making.  Like many of you with more demanding taste buds, we started making jerky at home because we weren’t satisfied with what we could buy off the shelf.  Once we had the recipe just right, we started sharing it with friends and family.   The rest, shall we say, is history.

What really makes us stand out (besides our attitude), are the lengths we’ll go to make a natural, wholesome product.  The nationally distributed brands cannot beat our meat … literally!  We start with hand-cut top round, which soaks in our very own family recipe marinade.  And the only preservatives are in the soy and teriyaki base of the marinade – NO sodium nitrites and NO MSG.  Then we dehydrate it.  Quite simple… and Simply the BEST!
